VI Peel®
The VI Peel® by VI Aesthetics is a breakthrough medical-grade chemical peel to improve the overall health of your skin. This peel can be used on all skin types and tones and is safe to use on the face, neck, chest, arms, back, and legs. It is also the only peel that is safe to use on the under-eye area.
Using a mix of Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), Salicylic acid, Tretinoic Acid, Phenol, and Vitamin C, this peel works to gently remove layers of damaged skin and promote cellular turnover. These acids and minerals work together for a smoother, firmer, and clearer complexion.

The VI Peel® Treatment
During a VI Peel® skin treatment, your skin will be cleansed and the peel solution will be applied. Treatment can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes to complete. This solution will treat both the surface skin cells and the deeper skin cells, where toxins can be located. This solution will then dry quickly, and you can go about your daily activities.
Most patients do not feel any discomfort during treatment from Partington Plastic Surgery, though people with sensitive skin may feel a mild burning or tingling sensation. Included in your treatment is a take-home kit which includes sunscreen and a post peel cream to calm your skin.
It will take two to three days for the skin to begin to peel, which will continue for up to six days. During this process, the skin may have the appearance of a sunburn or may have red or yellow tones.
VI Peel® Results
Once the skin has finished the peeling process, improvements will be immediately noticeable. Patients can see a more youthful, radiant complexion. It often takes three to six treatment sessions spaced three to four weeks apart to obtain optimal results.
