Over the course of the last 10 years I have lost 130+lbs and had been nervous about getting a procedure done hoping things would naturally correct themselves to a point I would be satisfied since I was younger. That didn’t happen and after having a total of 5 consultations I chose Dr Partington. My first impression was that he was very attentive given that I filled out the consultation form on their website around 11pm and within 30 minutes I got a text from his personal cell that was obviously not a generic template text. I knew if I chose him and something came up he would be quick to respond if he responded that quickly to a consultation.Next came the actual consultation. I’m prone to ask a lot of questions out of an abundance of caution and it can often frustrate and annoy people because they seem redundant or out of the blue. Also I should mention this was my first surgery ever so add on top of that my nerves. He took his time, didn’t rush anything and answered the laundry list of questions I had come in with ready to ask after having already visited 4 other plastic surgeons. He cared about getting me the best result knowing the time and work I had taken to get where I was.I ultimately ended up choosing him because he took his time, didn’t rush, gave me a clear understanding of what to expect and didn’t skimp on the details. He is someone who seems to genuinely care about making a positive impact on people and improving their quality of life. Even after choosing him he took a FaceTime follow up to address some more of my questions and finally at my pre-op was so kind to take almost an hour and a half to be very clear as to what I needed to do post op, dispel my concerns and give me perspective to calm me down.The surgery ended up going perfectly. He called me the evening after to check on me and make sure I was doing well. The results were exactly as he had described when we met initially for this first round of surgery and I am currently 1 month post op and feeling great. There is some light swelling and numbness that was to be expected but visually the results are great. Also a shout out to Jess at their front desk for taking my calls and being so helpful and accommodating.

In recent years, it has been for botox and various fillers. He is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. In the office, he describes exactly what he's going to do and marks injection sites so you can make an informed decision. I would recommend him for surgery as well as facial procedures. I also like that he is a humanitarian and helps to create smiles around the world.

I sought out a plastic surgeon through google and I am so glad I came across Dr. Partington. There was not one part of the process where I did not feel fully taken care of. From consultation to surgery follow-up, they made me feel comfortable. They were a wealth of knowledge and I never felt pushed and actually felt the doctor took the time to really hear me and lay out options for me. Dr. Partington and his team always greet you with a warm smile and a great hug. That type of bedside manner is important to me. I am a week out from surgery and I want to either go back for another surgery or ask the entire clinic to be my friend...I just love being around their professional, fun and caring atmosphere. They are amazing people working at an amazing clinic delivering amazing results. I couldn't be happier and will forever recommend their clinic to anyone looking for surgery of this type or any that would fall under Dr. Partington's scope of practice. Dr. Partington was very thorough and informative in explaining the process and what to expect from the lip filler procedure. The entire staff is warm, friendly and professional. I have also had facial treatments from his Aesthetician Lindsey, who was very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through treatments that fit my skin needs. As I have aged, I now seen him for treatments to remove wrinkles, crows feet and fill in clown lines around my mouth. He is always gentle and caring. More importantly, he personally gets the job. For my tummy tuck, he was the only surgeon I went to who noticed and found a hernia I had. He repaired that. His prices are in line with those one might pay for shots and facial fillers at Spas. The difference is he's a physician. I also like that he donates time locally and international to bring smiles to faces of children with birth defects and other facial issues. I recommend me highly.

I love that Carolyn recently redecorated the entire office to make us feel cared for, appreciated and calm waiting for our procedures.Jill at the reception desk is always warm,friendly and helpful. Always searching for ways for me to save and invest in myself. She is always ready with a warm tea and several times amazing snacks.I have seen several of the professionals there, and have always been impressed that they care very much and listen. They went above and beyond at the consult, answering all my questions, measuring every angle, helping me try on implants to get the exact size I was looking for. I was very nervous about the procedure and they all made me feel calm and treated me like a person rather than just a patient. During my healing phase, I probably called the office a dozen times with the simplest questions and they never made me feel silly for asking and always answered them thoroughly. One of the nurses, Sarah, even called me on her day off to answer a question of mine. I absolutely love my outcome and would reccomend Dr. Partington to anyone who is looking to have work done.

I was given the name of Dr. Partington from my Medical Provider, Regance BlueCross BlueShield. I struggle to write this review for the words of gratitude and endless appreciation for Dr. Partington and team will never suffice to just how incredible this experience has been. I am 23 years old and just had a breast reduction. To begin this process I was beyond just scared, I had to really evaluate what I was doing, why I was doing it, would my family approve, and how could I even begin to wrap my head around plastics at such a young age. The questions, concerns, and nerves, were endless. This process began my senior year in college, I was 20 years old. As soon as I walked into the office I was swept off my feet, my mother (an RN) was unbelievably supportive and came with me for the first consultation. Dr. Partington was so impressive with his consultation my mother said, "he is your doctor, he will do this procedure." Dr. Partington within 20 minutes of speaking to me put all my nerves, my concerns, my everything, at ease. I was doing this procedure for me, he said, and that's what has stayed with me through these years. This procedure was and is for me. I have struggled with back problems as well as the simple frustrations of buying clothing and simply trying to be proportional. Dr. Partington let me express my thoughts and aspirations and simply understood me. Since the consultation in 2011, I just had the surgery early February 2013. The time gap was my decision. I graduated college then was moved out to CA. I was and am so impressed and connected with Dr. Partington that while living in CA I still went to him in WA to have such a personal procedure performed. The team behind Dr. Partington also went through so much for me. Paperwork after paperwork, after phone call, the team never once gave up on me or my needs. The team is so friendly, helpful, and so genuine, they alone made this two year trek seem flawless. Sitting here at the tail end of my recovery I am in tears with pure joy and sincere gratitude to Dr. Partington and team. The procedure went perfectly, the recovery was great, and the healing scars leave me speechless, for they are so beautiful and for lack of better words are flawless. The work Dr. Partington did is so picture perfect, I can hardly believe it. I love my new look and my breasts no longer define me, they simply are proportional to me, enabling me to continue to grow physically and mentally as a young woman, who has always been confident, but now I am truly confident inside and out. When I called Dr. Partington's office I was greeted with professionalism and no worries about answering any questions online. Once I booked my consult there I was greeted with friendly staff, who made it seem personable, even asking about my kid's hobbies. He is honest with the pros and risks of having the surgery and no question is off limits. when surgery day came I had my husband with me. he sat down and explained what to expect with him both before and recovery. I am currently 1-week post op and had a drainless tummy tuck done. The 1st few days were as expected in terms of recovery but now I feel my energy coming back and getting stronger each day. One thing I did like was he does a more natural non narcotic approach to recovery. I would recommend Dr. Partington to who ever is considering getting a treatment done.

Here is why...Before I had kids, my breasts were larger in size (full 36 C) and firm and perky. After having kids, they were very small (barely a 34 A) and very saggy. I have wanted breast implants for over 3 1/2 years, since I gave birth to my first child.Once I decided for sure that this surgery was right for me, I scheduled a consultation with a surgeon in my area. I was so excited for my appointment and had very high hopes. Unfortunately, the consultation was one of the worst experiences I have had in a doctor's office in my life, (if not the worst). Most of the appointment was spent talking about how much I dislike my breasts. I was not able to meet the surgeon that would be performing my procedure. The doctor who meet with me for the consultation doesn't practice any longer. The office was outdated and it was obvious that the staff was just there to "do their job." It was a very disappointing and discouraging visit. I thought possibly that it was a sign that I shouldn't get the surgery after all.When I got home, I researched all of the surgeons in western Washington. I scheduled several consultations. The reason I chose to schedule a consultation with Dr. Partington is because of his many years of experience, impressive credentials, and the fact that Partington Plastic Surgery was voted (by the people) as the number one plastic surgeon in western Washington for 2014 and 2015! I was very impressed by that and figured that there must be many good reasons why so many people were ranting and raving about this surgeon and his staff.When I called to make my appointment, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience. The office itself is quite lovely and all of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. Every time I have been there, I have been politely offered water or coffee. The entire time you are there, the staff does anything they can to make you more comfortable.My consultation started with deciding which type of implant is right for me. Partington Plastic Surgery has state of the art implants - the best implants available on the market today. The other surgeon that I went to did not have these implants and I know that they are not available everywhere. You will also be impressed by their "Twilight Sedation" technique.Once you decide what type/size you think is best for you, it's time to meet the surgeon. My first reaction to Dr. Partington is that he has a very welcoming presence. He is obviously intelligent and skilled but he is also quite personable. Rather than towering over me, he sat in the chair next to my husband and answered any questions that we had. It was more of a conversation than a typical patient-doctor interaction. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I never felt rushed. The day of surgery he was there with a reassuring hug and encouraging words.You will not regret choosing Partington! It was such a wonderful experience for me from beginning to end. Everything they do is about you and I felt so special throughout the process. I was given a medical facial and Botox for free for choosing them. Day of surgery they sent me home with a wonderful "recovery box" full of thoughtful goodies. At my one week follow up I was sent home with beautiful flowers in a glass vase. These are all things they are not required to do but definitely part of what sets them apart from their competitors. Choose Partington! You will not be disappointed!
